Trust & IP Center
ScanCheck was architected from line one as an uncompromised, zero-telemetry consumer utility. Here is our formal security charter, legal ring-fencing, and IP disclosures.
Zero-Telemetry Architecture
Unlike commercial barcode scanner applications that monetize shopping carts or sell real-time consumer geolocation, ScanCheck operates under strict on-device constraints:
Zero Analytics Trackers: No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Segment, Amplitude, or Mixpanel SDKs are bundled.
No GPS Surveillance: State chemical screening (e.g. California AB 418) is controlled by a manual jurisdiction toggle, never GPS coordinates.
On-Device Vault Storage: Your scans, receipts, and warranty countdowns live strictly on your device via SQLite.
